There are four areas to this challenge 1. Phsyical - Staying healthy helps you stay on track with your writing and marketing 2. Mental - Clearing your mind will help you with focus and being clear about your work and goals 3. Writing - Committing to writing every day will lead to more books / more success 4. Engaging - Finding and engaging with fans of your genre will lead you to find friends and buyers of your books.
The idea is to meet daily goals every day for thirty days. If you can do this successfully you will have trained yourself to be successful.
If you don't meet your daily goal, you have to start over at day 1. This is important because it gives your more and more incentive to keep up with your goals. If you do stumble, that's okay too, you will develop an even stronger routine, better habits by starting back at Day 1.
